Santa Clarita URC is pleased to announce that we now have a new and permanent home at the Reddy Plaza on 26860 Seco Canyon Road in Santa Clarita. We praise God for this long-awaited answer to prayer.
For the better part of the last two years, we’ve pursued multiple lease opportunities that have concluded with disappointment. We’ve met for worship mostly in a home setting since inception in 2019, as well as temporary short periods in a defunct cross fit gym and a school auditorium. These challenges have largely kept the church plant from publicizing and outreach activities in the community in order grow beyond the core families committed to the work.
The Lord has rewarded our patience and perseverance with a new location beyond anything we had hoped to secure. Our new home at the Reddy Plaza provides Santa Clarita URC with a 6000sqft space that includes a large worship sanctuary along with multiple classrooms, offices and nursery that will enable us to begin to more fully nurture and establish a vibrant church ministry in Santa Clarita.
In the coming months we hope to begin actively getting the word out about our church in the city of Santa Clarita as well as establishing Sunday school, Christian education and outreach ministries to faithful serve and attend to the spiritual nourishment of our congregation.
